With all that XML on one line, it will be VERY hard to parse it with the
eye when you are updating your zone files. Just imagine how much easier
the current file is to write by hand as well. I do not want to have to run
an XML DTD verifier on my zone files.
And do you really want a bloated and slow XML parser in your client
libraries? Doing the NS query is considered by some to be too much
already.
