And with SPF your going to have the same problem. If your using your 
ISP domain name and they have a "-all" then if the system your trying 
to send the mail to checks it they will reject your message.  

My ISP gives me a static IP and a hostname (boresjo.demon.co.uk). If/when they 
support SPF I would expect them to create an SPF record for my hostname 
saying:

v=spf1 +include:demon.net +a:boresjo.demon.co.uk -all

So that I can either use their MTA or send direct.

Even if I did not have a static IP I would still expect them to include me, 
albeit with a short TTL.

If the ISP is really crap and does not even assign me a personal hostname, I 
would still expect them to maintain an SPF record (on a node with no A 
record) that I can include from my other domains to keep in synch with my 
current dialup IP.
