Unfortunately, we have running code that doesn't support the enclosing
<spf> tags. Oh, what a quandary! :)
Someone mentioned the golden rule before: He who has the gold, makes the
rules. This works the other way sometimes, he who makes the rules, get
the gold. When it comes to rough consensus and running code, do you
need rough consensus _before_ the running code, or does running code
make it easier to come to a rough consensus?
