I use a C/R system on a certain grey area between ham and spam after
filtering. It works wonderfully with mailing lists - provided you tell
it about them. Just like with anything else, people using a C/R system
need to be know how to use it properly and effectivly.

I suggest that if effort is made to facilitate end-users use, understanding and acceptance of C/R systems, and if such C/R systems were difficult to programatically attack, then spam (incentive to spam, incentive to complain about spam) might be reduced significantly.
