Just a short reply to voice what has been on my mind a while:

I am on the mxcomp list, and frankly started to ignore the endless
discussions with no point over there. Afaik, sender-id uses a patented
algorithm which requires you to sign a license with ms if you plan on
using it. Without pra, sender-id is nothing but a description of spf
records without a semantics. Sender-ID is a lost cause already.
