In the case of the last call, you *should* post your opinions, even if
it is just a "me too! </aol>". The co-chairs need to know the
feelings of the entire working group, not just the loudmouths.
If you have been lurking for X months, say so, if you are new, let
people know how much effort to get yourself up to speed.
