That's unfortunately more than 15 years too late. It's good
enough to remove 1123 5.3.6(a) from the picture, any 5.3.6(b)
solution (not limited to SRS) will do. Publishers of SPF FAIL
policies even accept rare "551 emulations" as better than the
tons of backscatter they got without SPF FAIL.
Those who can achieve the necessary coordination of sending
and receiving MTAs could add BATV to their SPF FAIL setup.
Or revive SES, that would survive 1123 5.3.6(a) forwarding.
Do we want a "may check MAIL FROM anywhere" op=ses for this ?
Clearly "may check HELO anywhere" is already guaranteed, it
is not affected by forwarding scenarios.
