Time to act: draft-klyne-msghdr-registry

Folks,

My own sense is that we have only one person with serious objections to 
this draft, but a substantial number of others who are in favor of it.
Can we please obtain a firm sense of whether this is correct, so that we 
can move the draft on to be implemented?
