While I certainly *DO* agree with you what we're trying to do now is get
the MARID committee to see that the license Microsoft is trying to
encumber this standard with is derived from Caller-ID which is,
essentially, dead at this point and yet the license is continuing to
live. We cannot get them to listen unless there is overwhelming
concensus that this is a problem.
