Blacklists can be domain based too, but spammers seem to have
no trouble registering an endless stream of throwaway domains
with SPF records ...
But they can no longer masquerade as the domain names of legitimate
corporations, like aol.com, hotmail.com, etc. :) Provided they all get
onboard, of course, publishing -all records.
Don't forget that hotmail.com is from MS.
Maybe google can start their mail service just at the right moment
supporting the right kinds of technology....
