Given ICANN's board approved the EU delegation and AC and UK were
delegated some time back, it would seem there is some room for
argument on this point.
This may, of course, not have anything to do with anything of
importance (rather than of theoretical interest only), but I
have a bias against both misunderstandings of history and
rewriting history to suit more contemporary convenience.
I am not speaking of history and yes I am aware of much of it. I am
speaking of current policy. If you feel that policy is in error,
please raise it with the ccNSO. IANA only does what it is told. But
you know this.
