A followup suggestion to my earlier suggestion. If you're nominated but
don't choose to stand, you can state your approval to the voting proposal
of your choice anyway. If we can get to 51% (or hopefully 67%) of those
nominated, I think we can consider that a mandate to get on with it.
As a nominated, but chose not to stand person...
I'm cool with anything including and after Wayne's modifications. I'd
suggest we just go with John P's latest and not sweat it. Given the
relatively small number of likely voters, I think not allowing self votes is
a good idea.
